Have you just drilled and tapped the manifold for the throttle cable retainer, Ryan?
In this pic;
Build keeps getting better and better, mate.

Stopped on tonight to get the boost lines finished off as Alex had sent down the hose and unions needed to do them.
Tim also sent down a new stainless oil pressure switch along with another temp sensor as I pinched the oil one to have a union adapted by Alex for fuel temperature plus he also now stocks MAP sensors with 1/8th thread which came in very handy for adapting for AN unions.
Big thanks going out to both for sorting the items
Pretty much par putting the injectors into the rails I'm ready for the wiring to commence,Tim emailed to say the mil spec connector for the bulkhead is on route so once it lands I can get it mounted in the bulkhead and Tim can then come and work the magic!!

It will be hard for people to see it once it's parked next to the rubbish bin and beside the gazebo, at the back of the stand.

My pleasure Allan, glad you liked it mate
Big thanks to Tim for getting the Mil spec connector sorted and down to me,tomorrow's job is getting the hole cut into the bulk head for it.
Big thanks to the metal master for coming over this morning and making a start on the IC pipes, the IC to throttle body is all cut and ready for welding but after Matt starting to route the turbo to IC he decided that cutting the pipe on the IC for a smoother run would be a better option we stopped play on that, going over Monday evening so he can modify it while I wait.
While he was at the workshop he made a cardboard template for a washer bottle to be mounted in the boot plus templates for the brackets to retain the top of the IC.

Went down the workshop with the intention of cutting the hole for the mil-spec connector but found I don't have a hole cutter of the right size so that stopped play on that so I got to work on the rest of the wiring for the O/S headlight and the loom running across the front of the lower slam panel,I've been holding off on this as I hate wiring lol but it's almost done, got the rivnuts in place to retain the little anodised brackets I went and got from Alex at Torques this morning[got done for speeding on my way which pi55ed me off but hayho].
Just need to finish up the wiring for the N/S side light and join up the wiring for the washer pump plus run the EGT sensor wire across to the N/S where it will go into the cabin area through the A-pillar.
I also swapped out a few other brackets in the bay along with coupling up all the boost lines as one to stop them jiggling about.

Big thanks going out to the metal master Bennet,as per usual he's pulled the stops out and not only modded the IC to perfection but he had the washer bottle and top IC pipe to throttle body waiting for me when I landed, you the man chap cheers.
The washer bottle is contoured to fit the inner wheel house and fits perfectly in position as does the IC pipe which while just resting in the silicone hose on the IC is smack on inline with the throttle body!
Pics say the rest.....

Looks really well put together, now the washer bottle in the boot is a trick idea, but I've already finished the routing for the pipework - I have my own twist on that anyway

Had a little message from Martyn at ET today offering up a little more bling for the engine bay which also serves a good purpose, uprated Turbo Technics actuator for the Billet S206 blower, billet body and anodised blue and being the tart I am I couldn't say no lol.
It was a massive coincidence as I was only thinking over the weekend about how I could make the standard one look better!!
Big thanks mate

Big thanks again to the metal master for coming over this morning and mocking up the turbo to IC pipe and the custom inlet pipe for the turbo which needed a reducer from 80-70mm and once complete and worked over by Matt will look sick,I couldn't happier.
The pipe for the IC is so clean and short it's unreal tbho!!
