The Prodrive makeover!!
#1233
Got the brakes finished up today and all bleed out, good feel on the pedal so happy, next on the list was fitting the fuel cooler underneath the flat floor, needed the back box in place for that.
Also got the ends on the underside par one so pretty much done on the underside except for fitting the RCM baffled sump.
Couldnt resist fitting the arch extensions on the drivers side to have a look see what the new wheels look like, very happy indeed!

Not a lot done to mine this weekend what with a good old chin wag with Daz saturday lol and having to get my mate Ty's (cannon fodder) spec-c finished up ready to go off down to engine tuner fo rmapping, but did manage to get the fuel cooler lines finished up along with fitting the dry breaks in the line up in the engine bay and onto the fuel reg and distribution block.
Need a couple of forged 90's to finish the boot area and some heat shrink but next jobs on the list will be fitting the injectors/throttle body to the manifold and fitting to the engine plus fitting the header tank/PAS tank so the lines can be made for them but it will also require making the brackets to fit the PAS cooler along the tubular lower slam panel.

I love your build Ryan
May i ask what kind of fuelpreassure sensor and gauge system you have attached to the Fuelab regulator? I have the same regulator and want to relocate a gauge into the car.
Keep up the great work

I knew I should have counted them on Friday - is it 8 including yours?
I do have to admit that I do like your fuel system, it's looking brilliant and the setup is a real work of art. Having said that I am not too sure I would like to have to pay for it, knowing the price of braided fuel line, the unions and couplings it probably cost more than some engine rebuilds.
Keep up the good work, and remember while you're spinning I'll be winning.

Your not joking Ty,the fuel system along with braided line unions for the PAS and water plus boost stuff to go has been very expensive!
Got a picture from stu of my new braces for the car,can wait to get them!
They are literally like new condition, thanks again mate

Had a good day on the car today with Rossco, got the manifold in place with spacers which is now giving good clearance underneath, built the throttle body back up and bolted that along with iscv back on also, put the fuel rails on and attached the fuel lines back to them.
Next was to paint the fuel reg bracket so it could be permanently fitted.
Then we fitted the custom FMIC/RAD combo and cut the samcos down to size so now the engine is looking more complete.
As we speak Tim@JTInnovations is drawing up the custom loom for the syvecs which we are going to use deutch connectors on the bulk head which is something I'm very excited about!
Also fitted the RCM red AUX pulley set I acquired.
