Legally I have a good case and as he is a dealer he has a code of practice in which he has to describe and sell something fit for use which he hasn't I am prepared to go the whole way with it I'm not letting him get away Scot free I've got to send him a couple of letters buy the books then if he doesn't respond I can then take it through the small claims court if the guys got any sense he will take the hit on this one he's got 14 days to reply to my letter and emails I could really do without the agro
