Sorry Im having issues with Yodal for parcels that were already booked prior to realising how sh!te they are

Future parcels are NOT going out by Yodal 48 (48 hour delivery that takes upto 2 weeks ), and any parcels booked with Yodal that have not yet been collected ive been refunded for and Interparcel have scheduled and alternative carrier, Hermes I think that are better, but Im paying the same cost if that makes sense

Sorry for the delay guys, its not me I assure you, its those useless !"£$%^&&

Sorry Jon I should explain. Ive been open and honest about where items are and I use Pg1 of the thread to indictate the status of each part for sale, bought and delivered/collected.

Some parcels were not collected by Yodal 48 on the day they were scheduled to be collected, but as they were due to be collected from my work which is a 24/7 work place then I didnt know they hadnt been collected until the following day which is when I chased Yodal (interparcel). "They" said that Yodal were experiencing large volumes and that their system had gone down, so all parcels that were collected were technically lost in the online tracking. The service I selected and quoted for all buyers was mainly Yodal 48 as it was a 48 hour delivery from the point of the parcels being in the "hub". Clearly this is not the case. Any parcels not collected by Yodal were re-scheduled to go out by Hermes instead, and any parcels collected but not moving were pushed along by interparcel and in some cases moved to another carrier outside of my control.

Sorry for the long winded saga, its a disgrace that a carrier cannot cope with the volume all becuase of the season, I can understand weather having an impact, but its not the claimed reason, they say its due to the volume. If I was to work like this then I would quickly sink, we man to cope with the order intake which is seasonal. Its not difficult to do .

Here is an example of the worst Yodal 48hr delivery, baring in mind this is a 48 HOUR DELIVERY SERVICE !

http://www.interparcel.com/tracking....o=915490857205

This has still not been delivered, and its £500 worth of products Collected 3 days later than requested and delivery subsequently should have been made on the 7th, its now the 16th

Rob

The clocks were returned as they are JDM clocks, therefore they need to be run with a KM/MPH convertor, something like the below. They are already converted on the clocks themselves, but need the adaption as per below.

I may have one, I will check.
