Had a pm of someone saying not to let duncan map my car?. Saying he had his done and a few others on another forum and they needed to be re-done by someone else as it was badly mapped.

Reading the views from this forum Duncan seems to really know what he is doing ect.... and is really recommended.

I'm thinking of using duncan purley for the rep he has on here. Whats the best way of mapping?

road or rr................

Kev

I'm sure Duncan will settle that question for you if you ask.
As for his workmanship, never had anything but great service from Race Dynamix. Had my car mapped by him 3 or 4 times now for different upgrades. Always conscientious and ready with advice.
And he maps the car with a degree of safety built in too.

Duncan is a top guy, he mapped mine when i first bought it, then at the RR it wasn't getting the peformance it should have been, Duncan got in touch and couldn't understand why. He offered to have a look for me at RCM which he discovered the problem to be a blocked up pipe He was gutted as i was. He's a diligent mapper and genuinely cares about his job

Duncan is a top bloke and dont be put off my the comments of a few mindless idiots(u will always get them!) and is extremely good at what he does imo,he's mapped my old car on a few occasions extremely well and he is always professional and friendly,he does reside in Bournemouth now these days as well.

Ive been dealing with Dunc for some years now and if theres one thing that amazes me its that his car never, ever, suffers any det issues. Anyone that can get 788bhp out of an Impreza without any engine problems must be doing something right

I have had my car mapped by both Duncan and Simon (JGM), to be honest they are both great at what they do, the only difference is what sort of map you want, Simon will do Ecutek , Duncam will be open source.

P.S. I thought Duncan lived in Cambs?

Had both my motors done by Duncan, my 2001 wrx was mapped then after a fitting a decat and 3 port plus few extras he tweaked it this was all done on the road, Then just recently he done my ForesterSTi taking it from 274bhp and 290ftlb to 322.8 and 370ftlb which was done on APT rolling road (which personally having experianced boith i much prefer the RR).
