UP DATE
I dont earn enough to be VAT registered (you have to turn over more than £73,000 a year to be eligable for VAT registration which i dont). If you send me your address i will send you a receipt for the 2000 Import Impreza STi Shell you bought from me as spares or repairs on the 11th of July. However after sending me your address, as youve been threatening to "smash my face in" id like all further contact to be via a solicitor. I will be taking your threatening email and your post on scoobynet to the police station in the morning and having it put on record that youve been threatening to assault me. After sending me your address for the receipt to be sent too, Please do not contact me again through here or through any other means other than by letter through a solicitor.

with his history of selling cars with knackered engines you cant be his only enemy,
Trading standards certainly know of him if you wanted to go down that route.

Apologise for the outburst - I was upset and all that.

Go to trading standards.

You honestly think the Police want to get involved? You'll probably here the rolleyes for miles around. Trading standards on the other hand love this stuff.

Slab if you want to return any items back to him in person and need a hand I'm sure I can arrange some assistance. Scumbags like him shouldn't be ripping decent, hard working folk.

SLAB - bought a shell from me 5 months ago, with it he got a load of free parts and paid £600 for it as it had all 4 doors left on it (which we value at £50 each). our other shells in stock were completely bare (no doors) and were priced at £400. hence the price difference.

The only car that was still panelled up was the one he chose and that was the shell that was delivered to him.

The shell was delivered to him with logbook which he checked and signed and was brought back for me to send off. It clearly stated what the shell was on the logbook and the VIN / chassis number clearly shows its an import, as would the rear wiper and no intercooler spray bottle in the boot.

5 months later he comes to me saying theres a load of damage to the shell and i owe him £200. Now i dont know about anyone else but when i receive something i check it with a fine tooth comb straight away. if there was any damage to that shell he should have known the day he received it. not 5 months later so i dont feel im responsible for any issues he may have after this period of time.

That shell was immaculate, i paid £5000 for that car because it was a genuine 37000 mile JDM STi bugeye with a load of uprated parts on it.

I'm sorry, im not paying for your xmas shopping SLAB, Trying to threaten me / bully me into giving you money isnt going to work. You put that im just in this for the money, im in this because i love subarus and i love working on them and driving them and tuning them, but it is a business not a charity. You were deleted from my facebook for writing sly comments on my wall about me being a snake because you werent getting your own way. Ive done an awful lot to help you with cheap parts and free delivery over the months with you building that shell back up and I think its very unfair what your trying to do now. Trying to ruin my reputation because I deleted you from facebook and wont pay towards your project is a bit low.

Shane - The bonnet you bought came from a CAT C repaired 2003 JDM STi, you were told it wasnt perfect and might need a bend to straighten out. you got it cheap and then got a partial refund from me over it, then you sold the bonnet to your friend for profit. So i dont see your issue here.

There are over 122,000 members on scoobynet. And i believe 3 people on here with issues with items theyve bought from me. Personally I dont see that as too bad as when dealing in thousands of 2nd hand parts!

Lisa - Save up and get the some BC BR series coilovers ( their just over £600 new and worth every penny if your looking at a suspension upgrade ) most of the shocks we sell tend to go to people doing repairs not upgrades.

theres two sides to every story but in my experience most breakers are economical with the truth when it comes to condition of parts.

but as im one of the people who have dealt with paul, i asked for some pictures of the parts before i parted with any money, which he emailed to me and they worked fine. i was slightly disapointed with the condition as they were chipped a fair bit(off a 32000 mile car) and one had a mark on the glass but they were cheap enough and worked fine and he supplied all the parts to fit.

i dont know the ins and outs of other peoples disputes but i would use him again as he was knowledgable about the parts and how to fit and they arrived quickly and packed well.

We've got to the point now where when anyone asks about condition we just tell them its a 2nd hand part, offer detailed photos and tell them if they want perfection they should go to the main dealer and buy brand new at 3 or 4 times the cost.

Everyone seems to think 7+ year old parts are going to be perfect and they never are. but all the parts we sell are in good working condition. anything broken or slightly suspect gets thrown straight in the bin.

LOLOL YOUR a joke Paul like I said, have a solid witness even the email saying your sorry for the confusion, you also say the car was panelled up lol wing missing boot missing you took the sti rear hubs and diff shafts came with no wheels on the rear m8 which i knew about as you said i will need space-savers or wheels as you would want yours back , also have 10 witnesses easy that saw the car dragged off the truck. Like, I've told you in emails the one bought was 2002 UK the one you broke in Dec which now has dissapered of your face book, both wings was on, boot, no rear bumper all four drive shafts and there was no rust for deffo in the rear wheel archers as you saw me walk round and check every one, also asked if it was an import or UK as I was on about it being cheaper insurance for me you said 2002 UK you said Uk again Marty my witness.
Don't you think its a bit stupid of me to dream this up Paul
Also every part I've had off you is marked or broke.

I didnt say it was panelled up, i said it had all 4 doors on it.

Ive never ever sold a shell with the rear diff and driveshafts still attached, its part of our gearbox kit and one of the first things that come off when a car comes in.

we've been through this about 10 times now in private and every time you repeat yourself it gets more and more elaborate with me being more and more evil to you and taking more and more stuff off the shell and there being more and more problems.

If there were that many problems with the shell why didnt you contact me within the first week or even better, when the shell was delivered instead of 5 months later?

His feedback is good enough to show Slab is a decent guy, You will also see mine is good too,

How come your not replying with more bullsh!t Paul?? Is it because i have the truth in black and white and you don't know what to say because you know exactly what your selling and ripping people off,

"Everyone seems to think 7+ year old parts are going to be perfect and they never are. but all the parts we sell are in good working condition. anything broken or slightly suspect gets thrown straight in the bin."

What about the interior parts you sold me too? I had to put them in the bin but you was happy to sell them too?

I hope everyone see's this thread, Ive known for a long while your a rip of merchant and now other people are seeing it too

Well the 1st thing i didn't get a log book for 3/4 weeks and yes your right i have left it a little late to wine but the more i do to this car the more i find wrong with this shell gear box stabilizer bolts are snapped off in the chassi remember the email you ignored about that happening, and can you remember the email you sent saying you never broke a uk blue 2002 you know the one that was in your faces book of motors that you have had and broke, evan had the date you broke it lol dec 2010
Also the rear wheel arch let me put it this way you say you love to deal in Subaru also say you paid 5 grand for the car and you didn't see the the rear arch which is coming away and never noticed the paint thats total different from the rest of the car.
It really goes to show what you really know doesn't it.
shall i take some pics for you Paul seem as your on about something you have never seen

I recommend BC's to everyone as its what i run on my own car. some people cant afford the £600 for a set though and if they want to uprade the standard WRX suspension to standard sti shocks and springs their welcome to buy them.
