im bumping an old thread bcuz i need help.
I have a Rotated gtx3071w/ TiAl .63ar vband housing. Custom TBE etc...
I can only drive my car for 5 min or so b4 the clutch stops engaging. Brand New clutch. I think whats happening is that the clutch fluid is boiling bcuz its so close to the housing and downpipe. I havent wrapped it yet, but ive seen plenty of setups thatarent wrapped. Has this happened to anyone else? I need your help!

^^^ looks like thats the OE clutch line to the slave cylinder on the gearbox, the rubber section can perish where it meets the hard pipe, and weep slightly. I'd replace the whole clutch line between the 2 cylinders with braided line and see if that helps.

Im also going to wrap the Downpipe, Uppipe, Turbo Blanket, possibly fabricate a better shield for the Clutch MC, & then im going to bleed the fluid and replace it with Motul RBF600 DOT 4 that has a Dry boiling point of 312 C / 593 F & has a very high wet boiling point of 216ºc / 420ºF
Ive been researching situations like this and ive learned that once the Brake Fluid boils, it is no longer good. So its definitely getting flushed. Its hard to get feedback from others in my area, bcuz there aren't that many RHD builds.
