Certainly did. And banned for doing in excess of 100mph. 
I am very wary when baited by people driving Volvos, always let them get right alongside to get a good look at the punter driving or close behind to see if you can see the lights in the grille.
Cops round here use 5 series BMW's and Insignia's as well, so always cautious with these cars also.
