Not had the car long but iv'e had it live mapped and gained
around 40/40.But more importantly i know the car is running safe,
and should be well within it's capability.

and now going from the 2.5 with sc46 (which was immense) to an api built 2.1 with rotated gt35 r billet, both in classic

along with all supporting ancilleries has definatley caused a massive noticable difference

Forged 2.5 from APi

To be fair, that's a little more than one mod though

Next up it'd be coilovers... massive improvement on the Std Hawk's STi's bob-o-matic suspension!

And then, of course, I'd have to say the 6 Pot APs!

Tough one but it would have to be . . . .

Handling . . . BC coilovers, Zero Sport front ARB and Geo set up

Performance . . . . Full Milltek exhaust, air filter and Jolly Green Monster remap

Front Splitter - Every time I go near a speed bump I can here the car crying before I noticeably grind the bottom further upwards

Failing that it was handing my keys to CAMS along with a Chq to take my car from circ 280bhp to something to make me smile, which was 413bhp
(Drive in, drive out)

lol na, im quite willing to accept diffeent people want differet things from set ups

funny how people think that lag is so horrible - a bit of lag is monumental fun. (to me a bit of lag just excentuates the feeling of power coming in) and for me that whats its all about, boost coming in soo hard is exactly what i wanted. its no race car, needing 1 bar at 2000rpm ect. i dont need to try pre-empt when boost is going to come in for the next 2 corners ahead.

add to that im no b road "twistie" racer on public highways - this car imo, and from my albeit limited experiences gives me EXACTLY what i want.

yes at 70mph in 6th it can take some time to spool up, no doubt. but any boost in top gear sees you over 140mph with soo much more to come, and very likey to kill me, someone else or loose licence/job ect. no thanks!

2nd,3rd,4th gear in anger its got no lag atall.

imo you drive the car in the appropriate gear, depending on what you want from the vehicle at the time. simples

i was more than happy to sacrifice some low down grunt, to have that incredible, pushed back in seat whack as the boost hits so incredibly hard. its like the car is trying to take off!!

as i have no referance to a similar set up running a gt30r then, im more than happy to take up the offer of a passnager ride in such a car, then return the favour in mine.

offers?? stealthy?

id galdly take you up.
