Hi Hughy
I had the same problem and once I got the flap open, by having my other half hold the release lever and me then gently pressing the right hand side of the flap in. I then found that the issue was with the flat spring located on the flap hinge, it wasn't forcing the flap open so when pulling the release the flap was just remained in place. I opened the spring out a little and it's been fine ever since.

It's been a while yet looking to get back in the fold. Currently considering a legacy however if the right Forged hatch or saloon presented itself I'd consider it, so anyone thinking of selling up or know of a good one drop me a PM

Cheers, Steve

Anyone want to sell me their aftermarket exhaust so I can go and remap my car? Any performance mods considered!

I have the axle back Nameless Performance muffler deletes for sale but if your de catted will be very very loud. Posted them here about a year ago. Also had full pro flo system but not sure if garage threw away. this system was too quiet for me. I have Hugh's old 2010 saloon sti now running 420/420. Wish I could afford his brakes lol

Picked mine up a few weeks ago - 340R.

Already has the HT Autos lowline kit and RallyArmour mud flaps. Had the spoiler wrapped though need to get it painted instead due to my OCD.

Any recommendations on where to pick up a new bonnet scoop?

The underside has a bit missing. I assume the previous owner had a grill fitted and wasn't careful taking it out.

Has none fitted spacers to their saloon and if so what size and brand did you go with? Also, are any adaptions needed to the thread or do the standard wheels fit over them fine?

Thanks

Really pleased and it's a much smoother curve than my 340bhp hatch STi.

Colour code the boot handle, smaller front plate would finish that off

Some ProR340's had issues. If you did dunk run in sports would get 340bhp but only 299-305 in sport#.

Some rolling roads say it makes no difference if in sport or sport #.

It shouldn't but it did.

Mine and my mates had same issue. Took 2 years to sort out.

Regards

Tony

I bought Hughy's old car 3 years ago but felt very slow with the 340 pro r kit. On roller's it was 326 bhp so I got it forged with sc46 turbo and so on. It now runs 420/420 but still isn't as quick as my 2003 spec C running 360/360 but feels show much more grown up lol.

Love the white, very nice indeed. Would like to get it road mapped like the spec C as I feel it is way way better than rolling road.

Hughy should have never sold that car.
Your gain though.
Why not now get it wrapped satin white? It'd be like a new car for only about £2k

Funds are too tight with buying my old spec C back but would love it done in Hyper Blue like the Americans have.

That won't fit as it's for MY08 to 10 and the front bumper is different on the MY11 saloon
