Oh, and hoping to join this thread soon as recently decided that I'll not being going for an E92 M3 next and will probably get a 2011 340r, was after white but Subaru site says its pearl white which I'm not keen on but some of the cars in this thread look pearl and some look gloss, can someone please confirm, is there 2 white options?

Cheers Don thought that was the case but some really do look white in the pics oppossed to pearl, shame as white, black roof, dark wheels was my plan!

The S206 look
Dabiscuit has a white one with carbon wrapped roof that used to be Slip Ends demonstrator.
Ok, time has come to part with the Hatch me thinks and its looking likely to be a saloon next, is it just 2 models on offer, base STI and 320r, and then some have the 340 pack as an addition to base of 320r, and am I right in thinking:
base = all usualy interior goodies.
320r = base + 320 ecu map and the Pioneer head unit with the flip off nav screen.
340r map can be fitted to either the above, and is map, and exhaust?
Next spoilers, some have the one that resembles the old WRX ironing board, some have nothing, some have the nice subtle lip, and some have the HT autos high level, is spoilerless standard and anything over that is an option.
Do they need lowering for 18's to fill the arches?
Finally, rims, what is standard as have seen both 17's and 18's, again are the 18's just an option.
Cheers and if there is anything else you you can add that I have missed that will be great.

there are 3 spoilers as you say above its all personal choice. Im slowly warming to the official wing and will prob go to see Rob on here after Xmas and have one fit, you get a full new boot as well.
Unsure about lowering mine look good, Im going to have mine done gloss black.
be careful buying the prodrive Gt1s if you fancy some diff colour, 2 of us on here have had weighting issues and wheel wobble with them, I wont buy anymore again.

ahh sorry I had a holiday from forums
MMM is that bad or good then, having tested those BMWs I had and not liking them I said to the wife I,ll keep me Scooby. BUT with that bombshell, and the get out clause on the finance maybe handing it back might be a good thing.
Just struggling to find anything else :/

there are 3 spoilers as you say above its all personal choice. Im slowly warming to the official wing and will prob go to see Rob on here after Xmas and have one fit, you get a full new boot as well.
Unsure about lowering mine look good, Im going to have mine done gloss black.

Hughy will agree too IM pulling the plug on the STI is not ideal but people will always want an STI so I reckon used values will hold up ok, especially if numbers are limited, I'm in the same boat as you, want to change but cannot find anything to replace it with!

I've Spoken to some dealers today and they said, That there is a possibility that XX Sti's would be brought in 2013 but the would be 3rd Gen bodies with 4th Gen Engines
The all new 4th generation STi's would not be available untill August/September 2013 so doubtful that any of these will reach our shores untill 2014 if they bother at all
Your more likely to see the unveiling of the Subaru Hybrid with the Toyota Electric drive in early spring 2013

4th Gen is the one we haven't got
Comparison here.................... top cooking 4th Gen, bottom 3rd Gen WRX STi
The "new" WRX/WRX STi's "should" be using the turbocharged version of the FA 2.0L engine

Cheers Don, just trying to do a deal on one, plan was to get one in Feb/March but one has sneaked up on me that I'm trying to make the numbers work on as insurance, plate transfers, tracker etc all have added costs on top of purchase price!
