Cant speak for everyone but I parked where I was told to park, and I think that probably goes for everyone else as well. I did think we were a bit conspicuous, but maybe they didnt expect so many of us.
STi city or what? My poor WRX felt very inadequate in there, it's off for some counselling today. Me I'm off to persude the better half it needs the PPP for it's low self esteem.

The disgruntled RS owners should take up any issues with their organisers if they feel this way. SIDC owners were invited to display some cars and when we got there we were directed to park in the only available space left. It was a great day and feel sorry if 13 Scoobs ruined it for the dozens of RS boys.

I didn't hear or see any animosity towards us at all, but it could have been because I had my hands full with my two sons who were playing up a little
We were invited along to the event (as we have been for the past few years), got there mostly as a group about 11am. We were then instructed by the organisers to park in the centre of the field along the centre line, which we did.
There were a few comments overheard about us getting a prime spot in the middle, and one of our members talked to the event organiser about it, and I believe offered to move our cars to somewhere a little less conspicuous, but out offer was politely declined.
It was a top day out, very well organised, and with some incredibly clean cars on display by some rightly proud owners.

Numptie, I was joking m8 hence the and the
I know quite a few RS owners and will always talk to them and anyone else when I see them. I don't care what type of car people drive, and I spent quite a long time on Sunday looking round all the cars on show.

Has anbody got photos of this gathering?
I've seen a couple of threads on the RSOC board, but they're all Fordies for some reason.
I take it the comment about all the scoobs looking the same referred to the STis? What's he going to think if/when the RS Focus finally arrives - "You can have any colour you like, as long as it's racing blue" - my how they've progressed these last 90 years - from black to blue.
Mike.
