Right... havent taken the pics of the camera and am laying in bed with the laptop, but having withdrawal simptoms from SNET.
The intercooler and pipework is finished!
Car has had a bit of optimax stuck in, water and antifreeze are in.. car is back on all four wheels and off the jack... we are just trying to set it up to run with the 550cc Injectors.. At the moment it doesnt want to hold idle properly. However It was late in the day and a 3" through HKS exhaust isnt quiet, Infact its quite a bit louder than I remember
Bumper just needs bolting on, and the reg mounting... is booked in for an MOT at 2.00pm tomorrow. Then we can get it mapped, assuming it wants to run with the 550c
If I get the time tomorrow I'll sit down for 15 mins and upload all the 40 odd pictures.
Well Lane 3 here I come!

Have to add my appologies to P20SPD as he is obviously having withdrawal simptoms from not meeting up for a pint on a lunchtime, as he drove to my house at lunchtime, Arrived with his 'packed lunch'
and watched us whilst we worked.. then borrowed a can of carling to wash it down with

Right, been too busy to post really as we were having problems getting the ecu to idle with a nice afr.. we have have now sorted this with a hammer the idle control valve and a caN PF WD40.. Eitherway it runs spot on now.. pulls very hard and only running 16.5psi and about 10.5 afr.... up to about 26psi tomorrow 
cant post photos, hopefully you will all either come to well lane or elvington. or either p20spd or chiark will post comments..
if anyone is off to well lane... no stickers as of yet, so plate is L666DMW

Why square ends on the intercooler ????
that's gonna surely knock a shed load out of the flow characteristics...



not only that, you did not taper it from one end to the other !!!
was it just the rush of getting it done
or is this how you intended doing it..
Have you read Corky Bell's Maximum boost ??
as that can explain the reasons why, much better than me.

Fuzz... In a rush... I have the book... but time didnt permit...
shame about my tig welding skills really...
its in and the car is quick... just about to go out again and check the fuelling as we have leaned it out a bit...
Also fitted new gaskets on the headers as the old ones were blowing..
Just washing and polishing at the moment... will post photos again later all being well..
If you are off to well lane or elvington then the car is L666DMW
