Continuing the theme of minimising the silver internal trim, decided to obtain a Prova Si-drive **** cover.
Can be obtained in polished or black anodised finish but only the polished version available currently in Japan.
OEM
Decided to do my usuall thing it now looks like this.........

[quote=Don Clark;10597683]Thought it was about time I did a bit more............
Was fed up with the silver finish on the A/V panel and centre console, so decided to give it the "S206" treatment..............
Before...
How did the paint hold up mate? e.g. chip, scratch, easy to clean?

The Tamiya Acrylic spray paint is holding up very well. Buffs up really well.

After returning from my "Fling" trip to Scotland, I found the rear third of the TMIC fins flattened, like never before.
The front 2/3rds are still like new.
Having straightened them as much as possible have invested in a Zero/Sports Cool Action II.......................

Two rivet heads to grind off (lever pivot pin and lever stop pin) and drill through for fixing bolts on refitting.
Also had to use the original short handbrake wire/balance yoke, rather than the brz one shown here..........
Purchased through AVOjdm (AVO Turboworld)

If you look inside of the cable guide, you can see the two rivets that need to be removed to take it apart.
The pivot one has a shoulder on it so as not to clamp the lever and you can see which head you would grind off.
I think I drilled for M4 bolt and washers and lock nut. Reusing the rivet bodies means you keep the nice clean pivot pin and the shoulder stops you clamping the lever too tight.
