No one remembers who played better. If the best team & player in the world cant beat 10 man Chelsea at home even with a penalty then they don’t deserve to proceed imho. They do rely too heavily on Messi (look at the percentage of goals he scores for them compared to Real who have Benzema, Higuain and Ronaldo).

Flippin eck, still buzzing after that! Some heroic performances, but JT? Wtf!? At least it made the win even more incredible. Good on him for giving an interview after. Hope all the luck hasn't been used up

I do have to agree, it wasn't a shut out and not score themselves.
Oh and at the Terry statements coming out saying it looked bad what he did but he isn't that type of player! WHAT?! I think you are that type of player you mindless fcukwit and the video replays confirm it

The actual tactics did indeed work, John Terry was sent off on pupose to mess with the barca players minds, all they could think about was where there wifes were

I don't get why people are saying it is goal of the season, it was a complete fluke and could have gone anywhere The true goals of the season surely are where players have scored after showing amazing skill such as a great run beating players or a straight drive from distance in to the top corner etc. This goal was just a massive slice off his boot that went in. Yes it looks spectacular but there is no way he ever intended that finish.
