for clarity, they never made a alloy boot on the classics. yep, it will have a closed deck block on k plate.

Post up the car's 7-digit "Applied mode" code on the VIN plate on the the passenger suspension turret..........

They did make a alloy bonnet for the classics imports. The uk ones are steel.

His Applied Model Code is: GC8A48D - Standard Wrx with 240 bhp, early ver I with Air Con & Sunroof options Fitted.

Guys thanks for all the replies and welcomes youve been most helpful, PeeVee your a legend mate thanks for doing that for me. Ive just pulled the engine out of the scooby as it was knockin and running on three and I need some advice regards rebuild if you dont mind but I'l start another thread. Thanks again
