Could I have a price for front and rear heavy duty drop links to fit a 1999 STi, am I correct in thinking the STi uses a different set of droplinks to that on a WRX due to differences in the arms?

Correct mate.
WRX’s use steel arms so they need KLC30 – 8 and a 10mm hole to suit the arm on them in stock £85.38 although that many people swap and change parts on the WRX to STi parts.
STi’s use alloy arms so we offer either KLC32 which have a 10mm hole top and bottom to suit the alloy arm – in stock £87.89 or KLC139 which are the ball jointed link – also in stock £98.18
So you will need
KLC26 Rear £87.09 in stock
KLC32 or KLC139 on front.
