not sure if this will help quick pic for you
and beleive you do need to replace slam panel
sorry not much help as i didnt do conversion myself , i only brought the car as i wanted the 6 speed

Ok thanks for the picture. That really does help. I'm running a FMIC so IIRC I wont be needing your slam panel. I would however be interested in the headlight brackets that are shown in the picture. I think they are spot welded in so would require drilling out.
Could you give me a price for the front wings, bumper, headlights and headlight bracket thingy's

wings are list at 50 each
headlights 200
alloy bonnet but no scoop as this is sold 200
can do it all for 450 if you take it all
will throw in the headlight bits for free aswell

rear brembos still for sale

How much for the boot carpet buddy? Also Any movement on price for the bonnet at all?
Also what condition are the alloys in? Have they been professionally resprayed or just rattle can'd??
