Erm none

If you can't do at least scan the speedo now and then and the road/surroundings then you shouldn't be driving.

The Op could also use his eyes to spot the filth/cameras.

Got something in mine that beeps at speed camera's. No idea what it is.... was on the car when I bought it but its bloody annoying (especially over dartford or the average speed checks)!! Pretty sure it has saved me a couple of fines here and there but thats only because I have kind of become used to it warning me so don't really look for the cameras. Keep meaning to put an on/off switch on it but after 2 years still haven't.

Seriously though mate... Use your speedo!! If your unsure do 30.
