I'll be watching this thread to see when your next delivery arrives. Am not good with perseverance, anyone fitted one on a bugeye who is as impatient as I am?

Check out Demon motorsport on ebay then email them for the adapter plate £22 they will have them in stock just not on the bay also u will need either some 3mm or 5mm vacum pipe depending on wether you keep the filter on it or not plus the a 33mm bung which is on the bay for a tenner

its not that much of an easy job to fit either unless u have some mechanical experiance and have a decent vice and a good pair of Circlip pliers and some man power as the circlip was very thick on mine!!!

Get the bov fixed to the adapter plate remove the metal air vacum pipe on the intercooler twist the bov untill u can get to the screws with a spanner then just a case of putting all the hoses back togther ohh and u will need a couple of hoses clamps to keep it all nice and tight

There is a walk through if u do a search on google iirc?

Also this was fitted on a bugeye 2001

hi mcfc11,

isnt the recirc on the intercooler on 199 models? if so, no problem at all. All you will need is a diamond adapter plate, and possibly a blanking plug. will be £15 to have both delivered on fleabay! you will need one of these for any dump valve you fit, and will not effect the performance or damage your car in any way pm me if you want one and ill send you paypal addy!

Cheers

Erm....

of course demontweeks is where you get adapter plates. Blanking plugs are on fleabay, and for your car I think that's it.

Hope this helps mate.
