People littering from cars

Banana skins take an absolute age to degrade on the streets or in the country. Apples no problem, just chuck 'em in bush and all sorts of insects and birds will help finish them off. I have a friend who is a hill walker/mountain guide and he says peoples discarded banana skins just sit on the mountain sides for years and obviously the colder it is the longer they last. Not as bad as Lucozade bottles granted!
Didn't realise that, I'll have to stop playing Mario Kart
Seriously, it's a pet hate of mine too, I drive a lorry on nights and the roads are completely clear but still wouldn't dream of throwing anything out of the window, I have no money but a little bit of class

I'm sure if you go to McDonalds, they'll be able to sort that out for you.
Sadly some people on here have such a high opinion of themselves they love to put out comments that belittle other people. No matter, if that makes them feel better, it says more about them than it does about me and other people not so privileged.
How about you think over my other ten thousand posts and judge me on them, not one mistake.

To be fair you do seem to be one of the more level headed posters here but your post did make you come across as a bit of elitist twit, even if that is not how it was intended. Mod or not Lisa is a nice girl and just because she is a mod it does not make you immune to insensitive posts;.

Being a moderator is a little irrelevant, as I am a person first, and right or wrong, I reacted to a post. Again, I am only human. In fairness, that comment I made was a bit more general than my first one (not specifically aimed at you), based on some of the similar comments I see on here at times by people looking down their noses at people deemed lower than themselves. In this respect, usually due to what they do for a living/where they live or even shop.
For the record, and I'm saying this as Lisa the person, not the mod...I am sorry if I have commented unfairly and I didn't mean to cause offence. I reacted to a comment that offended me a little and was perhaps a bit oversensitive. I suppose it's just when you see judgemental comments quite a bit, you can overreact from time to time, maybe going off on one at the wrong person. I should have been more specific about my second post being a bit more general, really just being prompted by your original post. But again, I'm sorry if I have caused offence. I suppose we're even.

That's one view, but that is also my point littering pisses you off because you can see it and the air pollution most subaru/performance car owners contribute through their decats is alright because you can't physically see it?
With litter it can be picked up, with air pollution the remedy isn't quite so easy.......
Anyway the pompous posters of SN are always great to laugh at......long may their misery continue

It must be a very special kind of pill that Nissan make you swallow when you pick up the keys to one of their coupes.

I had been going to reply earlier (to your post earlier today), but had to go to work and then tbh, I forgot. I'm only human too.

I just wanted to be clear though, it was a badly worded mistake and not how I am.

Good to see this this misunderstanding sorted out. I met Pimmo very briefly on a mapping session, but even then it was obvious that he is not the type of person his post may have indicated.
