Guys on my 2003 wrx I have bc coilovers with 22mm adjusteble front and rear arb and droplinks all round just had a full laser geo set up too, car Is fantastic what setting on the rear arb is best suited for road use? And is there any other suspension mods that would help?

All so what set up so u have in terms of clicks?

I run the same setup, but with a whiteline anti-lift kit as well.
I've gone for medium on the front and hard at the back.
I did have medium on the back, but upped it a notch after getting the front bar fitted, and it's a little better.

I've answered this in the BC coilovers thread where you also posted it

On a side note fellas, I notice that wheel geometry is mentioned rather a lot in many posts. Can someone please clarify the following;

1. With all stock suspension components, can a 2005 Sti have a wheel alignment done at a respectable garage with Hunter equipment?

2. Are the geometry settings different between 2004 and 2005 models?

Thank you in advance and sorry for stealing some of the limelight.

Yes to the first question.
Maybe not to the second as despite the offset of the cars changing between the blob and hawkeye models, the camber, caster etc. would probably all be much of a muchness.
Not certain of that though.

A good garage will set up the car based on how you want to drive it, but you can always opt for the Prodrive settings etc...
I had the Prodrive setup on my car a while back and thought it was pretty good.

I wouldnt go with 24mm arb for your road use Ben. (knowing the roads around there and having done the same route on the same model car)

Simple mods would be my suggestion:

- avoid Teins - far too hard for normal roads and would end up being something you woul dnot enjoy driving.
- fit the BCs - there are great value and with 5/4 springs will give you all you need.
- fit a 22mm rear arb and drop links and set to use on the middle setting
- get the geometry done right.

This will transform the car.

Fitting front arb or a stiffer rear arb will spoil it IMO for road use.
