I had a lie in this morning after a long and tiring trip to check out RCM's new dyno cell yesterday. (very nice!).
Whilst watching BBC's "breakfast" programme I viewed a daily broadcast concerning "happiness". Apparently to achieve "happiness" you mustn't be mean to people, and you should be prepared to say "sorry". I'd therefore like to say "sorry" for the quite shocking example of Tourette's above.
Er, "sorry".

PS, it also said you have to be sincere about it.

yeh, i read it back and it seemed a bit gay, so changed it!!!!
