No boost and no leak norm means the waste gate is stuck open, or you're compressor is fooked !

Yes have 3 port. All looks okay but just self solved my problem. Took intercooler off and pipe underneath that connects to turbo housing has 2 big slits in it where its leaking boost

As has been said, it sounds like a air leak/broken hose as it's not even making spring pressure. Check the inlet pipe under the i/c.

Yeah, that hard plastic pipe can suffer splits.

Hi guys, I have read and followed the ideas in the thread but still havent got to the bottom of my boost issue.

Mine for some reason wont get upto mapped boost, hesitates under acceleration and flattens off after 5000rpm.

Its just change to 1.6mm gaskets and had front mount, VF30, 550s, silicone intake pipe, alloy maf tube and cone filter full decat exhaust. Std 2 port bcs and std pill, (i think)

Mapped for 1.5bar but only reaching 1.2bar.

Mapper says I have air flow problem??

Any ideas guys??????
