Speedline AST coilovers v Prodrive springs
It's an 04 jdm STI with remap, infact two maps which are switchable. High boost which is 1.55 bar and low boost which is err I'v no idea as in the almost four years I've had it it's always been on high boost
It's been utterly reliable (touches wood) in all that time and it does get regularly screwed. It's a shame you're so far Andy as one drive would have given you more insight than all my ramblings.

I had it done while i was having the LM400 fitted about 3 days ish, They were taken of By Iain one day. Curtis overhauled them the next day, then refitted by Iain on day 3 cost about £1K ish

Yes notice some difference not quite as much "banging" on rear with small pot holes but there are still some @@@@@~@~~~ big ones out there

there is a more "range" with the 12 clicks on rear but due to lightweight rear no amount of clicks on "coilovers" can combat "pot holes" but it's not as bad as before IMHO
The more expensive 25 2-way jobies are better but everything is a compromise.
One trackday a year, I'd stick with Prodrive springs and anti roll-bars etc, top quality
IMHOMy Type 20 "out the box" is such a good balanced car I would never remove the AST's to go Prodrive spring route but afer 5 years the taper spring Mod overhaul and rejetting was well worth while
