i had an exhaust and remap, while the car was in i asked them to remove the inlet manifold to replace the little rubber fuel hoses as they were leaking.
when the map was finished it was detting its head off, they said i had boost creep !!
i asked what do i do now then ?
they said the train station is over there !!
it turned out they had incorrectly plugged the crank sensor in and hadnt fully pushed it home.
i paid harvey smith to port my turbo because of powerstation, andrew carr will confirm the loose crank sensor plug, he had to hunt down the problem to finally map the car for me, hats off to him for that but i was seriously pissed off at the time.
when i questioned them about leaving the sensor like that they told me to f@ck off, we dont need customers like you.
And just to repeat, they did actually tell me to f@ck off.
they cost me a lot of money !!

and i tell everyone i meet subaru related the same story !!

Just to add all the work done was on my previous silver blob STi and fortunately there was no lasting damage, although i reckon i was out of pocket for the best part of £2000.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

To be fair I've always got on with Rich and Dirk great. Perhaps because of seeing them on track days etc. So got friends with them.
So maybe enthusiast running a business not so great customer service .

I found their service to be very good and never had any issues. although did drop off before going bust.

IMHO
