Matching Green Car Club Show
Hi all,
What a great day , and friendly bunch off owners , I was made very welcome.
If possible I would also like to put my name down for next year .
A good find Looie, with some special cars on display for such a small show. Two Jag 220s. Thats a first for me.
Maybe we could do with a flater area to park our cars next time and sure we could makke room for a couple more cars ?
Great pics posted as well , and pleased you all had your splitters intact at the end off the day.
I missed your little chat on the Mic! Looie, Did you enjoy it?

Hi Paul,
Glad you liked the day - I was looking at the "sections" for the other car clubs as I walked round and I'm not sure anyone had a totally flat area!
I "think" everyones splitters got out OK, not heard of anyone breaking their's but it was a bit close on some..........
I was "hoping" that Mark would be the first in the ring, but it worked out that I was instead, but it was fine, the MC was actually easy to talk to and I just looked at him and answered his questions.......... might have cacked myself if I looked at the crowd before answering......
Wasn't expecting anyone to take a photo of it though!
The whole day was a good laugh........ and the email I've received back from the organiser would indicate that they want us back next year, so all in all, a good show to go to and be seen!

I know that feeling......... When Mark & I were poodling to the entrance to the arena for our "stint" - I led, but went down the wrong bit and ended up at a dead end......
had to turn round and go all the way back, passing Mark who was following me....... got to the right bit eventually, but felt a bit of a **** going the wrong way!
On the plus side, I then knew the way out when we had exited the arena!
