Good biscuits, though.

These - http://www.melburyandappleton.co.uk/...hins-683-p.asp - are by far the best biccies you can get.
They'll convert even the most ardent anti-biscuit person into a biscuiter

The wife normally buys them by the tin when she's in Sweden.

Ahhh, the venerable "squashed flies" biscuit. Love 'em!

"...Garibaldi, Italian revolutionary, ends up as a kind of biscuit. It's quite interesting, you know, the number of biscuits that are named after revolutionaries.
You've got your Garibaldi, of course, you've got your Bourbons, then of course you've got your Peek Frean Trotsky Assortment."

I'm addicted to spekculatius spiced biscuits.
I think they are German. My mother in law gets them from Lidl or Aldi or one of those supermarkets.

Only 9 in a pack, depending on mood it's either too many, or not enough. Choco Leibniz (Dark). £1 a pack currently in Sainsburys

Last time we had a biscuits thread in NSR I thought I was on my own the with Lotus Caramelised Biscuits but glad to see Im not

I have been known to dunk & eat a whole pack with one cup of tea!

They are based on Belgian Speculoos. Haagen Daaz did a Caramel Biscuit Special Edition ice cream with bits of them in and it was awesome.

Also make a very good base for cheesecakes.
