Ahh; DD and prepay, now I follow. Basically this is more about the 'relly poor' and destitute vs. the average working class.

Perhaps that is because we are not all as blinkered as you.
You also don't appear to know the difference between fact and opinion.
Might be worth your while looking it up in a dictionary.
