is the gulf 5w - 40 good for a classic engine with 70k on the clock, near standard daily?

Something like the Fuchs Syn 5, Millers CRX NT, Motul Gear 300 or Redline GL5 are the best choices. They take about 800ml.

i use motul chrono 10w40 could i mix it- to top up with for millers 10w50 or silkolene pro s 10w50?
