Hi,

This is where the badge should be http://i.ytimg.com/vi/qLlZW2oV6nk/0.jpg

It has had the badge removed and later replaced, or it has had a new boot lid and the badge applied incorrectly. The grille as has been pointed out is either a replacement or has been rattle can sprayed black. I would be thorough with checks if you really want this car.

If it was me, I personally would prefer to buy a bog standard car as clean as possible as it is a 9 year old car. Every new and used car/bike has relative risk so as it isn't a biggy.

More ££ http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classifi...72qa?logcode=p but lower miles and has a warranty. I would knock off the warranty and get a warranty direct one or tell him to stick a warranty direct one on the car.

Thanks for that, I'm planning to go and have a good thorough look/drive at that 330i. As he's had it a while he's knocked quite a bit of money off it, now that may be because of something dodgy or people are put off by it being a gas guzzler, I'm hoping it's the latter

That one you posted looks nice but I dont want an Auto and I like the black of the one i posted as 99% of the BMWs round where I live are Silver

I've just had an RAC data check done on the car as I had some time to go and look at it tomorrow and.......

14-May-2009 DVLA 73,000 73,000

31-Jul-2010 NMR 83,000 83,000

30-Aug-2010 NMR 82,000 82,000

19-Oct-2010 NMR 81,377 81,377

Unless it's been driven around in reverse the past few months I think that's the end of that.

Explains why it's so cheep

Clocked not once, but twice!!
So many of these cars are getting "turned back" as the car can hide milage so well thanks to the build quality.

Pi55ed off cause I really fancied that car, s'pose there's plenty enough of them around that there'll be another one along soon enough.

I just compared a 3ltre Beemer to a Bus

Nice

Why would you clock it by a small amount? If you are going to do it at all why not do it by 10,15,20k?

Does seem a bit odd to just knock it back a 1000 miles in a month
