You've got me worried now.
It's true I'm looking forward to getting my mitts on her again but not looking forward to running her in.

I'll be taking a nice long drive this evening in the car so I'll let you all know how I get on with the clutch.

Good Taylor, after leaving the Swansea meet and showing he with no sense of direction over the Gower I went for a little spin down to West Wales - Carmarthen, St Clears, Narberth, Crymych, Cardigan, Newcastle Emlyn, back to Carmarthen and then home.
So far I've managed about 180 miles since I picked the car up this afternoon, I'm also going to give it a good clean tomorrow and then try and rack up about another 150 miles, so I'll be contacting Bob shortly to book a mapping sesssion.

Cheers Simon, I've done just a smidge over 300 miles in 2 days, the STi GRP N / AP Racing paddle clutch takes a bit of getting used too but I've only stalled it once and then that was on the first attempt.
It's monotonous driving it like a granny but at least I can have some fun in the corners, I've been overtaken by other drivers and been given some funny looks but it's all for a good reason.

Once I went for a drive this evening I took the camera to break up the monotony and took some pics, I've posted them in the Members Galllery as per the link below.

I managed to rack up 850 miles in a week then it was 180 odd back down to Plymouth for mapping! Down the M4 and popped into a pub down Pendine for a coke and drove home loads of A and B roads too, pretty boring but it had to be done!

Don't take things too easy though or you may as well not bother.
You should be using some boost whilst running it in, You need to get some heat in the engine to bed things in.
I was told to keep under 4000 RPM and to vary engine speed, Low boost setting on mine is 0.8 BAR but I didn't use all of that max was about 0.5BAR. 4000RPM on my gearbox was 80 MPH so not much should be overtaking you
