Sorry to sound flippant, but you can't work a rod out that way.
If it's going to fail, it would be more likely at very high rpm, possibly over the point of max power in any event. Even then, it could well be the bolts that fail first. They are ARP like the vast majority use. Uprated bolts are available at £40 plus vat EACH.
So far, we haven't seen a K1 fail. Not even on one making 650 bhp.
Arrow rods cost a lot more than K1. (£955.20 retail inc vat, almost three times the price)
In truth I have no idea how much more you can stress an Arrow rod over a K1.
I'd be perfectly happy to supply any rod a customer would like to choose, which is another reason why I've gone for a stock length rod with the Cosworth piston option.
We are looking at the possibility of producing an "affordable" I beam rod.

Im considering buying an engine built by you and did not want to jump into anything that would not handle what I want to throw at it.

the cars still going strong mate,just getting her ready for another season,wrapping headers,fitting underbracing etc.hoping to do a bit of quarter mile with her this year to see how she fairs.
