And this is exactly why the modified class is so rubbish! 600+bhp cars vs pretty much standard! Can we seriously not have a reconciliation of the classes please?

Its not all about power though, as perfectly proven in the MLR Sprint Series.

That's the "Sprint" series though, is it not just a track based thing? Whereas we would instantly lose out on the 1/4mile and top speed runs at Scoobyshoout out.

The quarter mile is differently categorised.

Something like up to
13.3
12.3
11.3
10.3
Pro

You automatically drop into the relevant category based on your time. So if you do a 12.30 on your first run, dont do anymore, as you will be first in that class. if you do a 12.29, keep trying.

Sure clive will correct me.

Edit, dont think top speeds are classfied, its just a case of he who dares wins!

OK guys the situation is this we have 16 paid for entrys and 33 on the list and we are past the pay by date, All drivers that have paid will be on the gate list and get into the venue for free all non paid up drivers will pay the £10 gate entry
If we are to keep this as a Scooby only event then we need more entrys as we cannot run it exclusively for you on the income from 33 cars and a an unknown gate
We will leave the on line registration open untill the 8th of May to try to keep this unique event for you after that date we will have another look at it,,Regards Trev

it will be on the day mate,there was a lot of people paid in advance last year including myself,only to to turn up on the day and the track was flooded.i will be entering but i dont want to shell out my cash again and turn up to another lake.i would rather just pay on the day and make sure its fit to race.
