had a look on ebay and although I could not see a relay wiring harness designed for the H7 bulbs I did see loads off various kits ready for sale so will drop an email off to one or two sellers and see ifI can get a kit suitable for this particular type off bulb.

again seems to be one or two harness that say is only designed for each side ie two balasts would require two harness looms ??

That kit looks OK, says it will power BOTH ballasts, and is a decent price for what it contains.
