Does sound really iffy but women need to avoid putting them in dodgy situations and blokes need to avoid putting themselves in a position where they can be accused as some women have shown they arent above making stuff up, like some blokes aren't above taking what they want.

She dropped the case in the end as some seedy **** came out about her, and it didnt reflect well on the 'case'. Still, that seedy stuff should make no difference, he raped her and was extremely fortunate to come out the other side.
I was right in the middle as I knew them both, and she was always knocking on my door giving me write ups to give to the lad, on the definition of rape from the feds etc.

Turned out they got absolutely smashed and all went back to my friends.. He was said to be walking around the house naked, entered bedroom 1 and proceeded to start ******** her. She awoke and let him continue. He then made an excuse to fetch some water and you won't believe this but entered the other bedroom and shagged her friend too.
I'm not sure if they both know he did them but I'm pretty disgusted.
At first I laughed but having spoken to my work friend (who is in bedroom 1 - sorry I mention no names) her story is rather scary and she is quite shaken and spooked by it.

I think if the OP is that concerned about this woman, or both women then he needs to talk to them and get things clear about what happened.
Now I can't simply say that this is rape, sure he jumped aboard while she was 'asleep' they may have already had sex once, and he thought it was fair game. We don't know the facts, abd I doubt the girls have a clear view of the night, and I doubt the would tell everything to the OP.
Of course some people think that's not right, but if she allowed him to continue and was happy to do so, then it's just sex.
BUT, if he simply barged in on her and pounced on her, and continued regardless of her state of mind or maybe lack of ability to communicate, then it is a little more worrying.
I think that this girl needs to talk to someone in private who she cdn get some unbiased advice from to help her figure out what she needs to do.

To be honest, drunk or not, they were really stupid inviting(allowing) a stranger back to their house, especially as you say they didn't even want to be left with hin when you went home. That said, it doesn't give him the right to do what he 'supposedly' did, if they weren't up for it.
I think you need to hear their version of events, and if this was more than drunken foolishness, then they need to take a trip to the police station.
It's difficult, as you simply don't know exactly what went on regardless of either version you are given.

Sorry, I am liberal minded, but if the story reads that he was doing her when she was asleep then it is rape, and this would be confirmed by any half decent solicitor. Rape doesnt need to be all forced and horrific to be rape, the fact she is asleep and not in a 'position' to say yes or no suggests the rape was carried out.
But I do know that it's not that bad to be woken up to a man prepared to take to to the heights of passion. She admitted she allowed him to continue.
We all need to stay open minded here, they had ALL had a drink, so we do not know what else had happened before this.

Thinking of it from my point of view, if a man had come into my room asleep, and attempted to have sex with me, I would know about it a fair bit before he entered me.
I can't see her allowing him to get that far into the act (penetration) before she woke up.

An ex girlfriend of mine was completely the opposite and once I lived in a flat in an old manor house which had one of those old bell fire alarms - one night it was set off, was just above the bed albeit on the other side of the plaster wall. It was ****ing loud and I instantly woke up with my heart pounding at the sudden loud sound. She was still lying next to me fast asleep (no drink at all)

He died about 4 years ago when he was hit by a car, got himself up and was then hit by another car. Not related to the rest of the story.

And as a small few people on here know I have been on the receiving end of an uneanted advance and I knew from the second he touched me that it was not wanted.
I didn't allow him to do what he did and then decide afterwards I wasn't happy with it.
If this girl was concious enough to know what this man was attempting to do and allowed him to continue it isn't rape.
It still isn't acceptable though.
I'm just hoping that the OP gets to know more about what has happened, as I would hate for this to fizzle out as what may seem to be nothing but a load of crap.
