been delays in paint shop and still waiting on cams - piper have admitted they made a mistake and a guy that was assigned to do them has been off sick and they should have assigned them to someone else but assumed he would be back next week, next week, next week since december
decision to cut no corners to get it ready in time just steady progress without impacting mine and TFS racings business etc.. rather than long days..

What a day... Lol
Got over to see the car for the first time with paint on this morning like an excited kid. Very happy with colour etc.
Set about fitting windows and rear was nice and easy along with rear sides.
Stew helped fit windscreen, at that point I went to get brake lines and few other bits.
Came back to find Stew and Ian (bod) working on it and they had fitted master cylinder, handbrake and cables, clutch cylinder and the boot and were in the process of fitting passenger door.
Bonnet, wings were slotted on and arches fitted mainly to stop the risk of damage with them sat around.
It then went on the ramp and stew and ian piped up the rear brakes in braided lines
I am over the moon with todays progress and never dreamed we would get this far.
Some panels still need polishing but will be going back into paint shop for polish and wax etc
