I think the extra capacity and cylinders negate the 'piousness' of no need for nos, meth or race fuel'.

Update on mine, everyday road and ocasional sprint use MY05 widetrack JDM STi. The target was to get a Twin Scroll to spool like well mapped VF37, have throttle response better than a stock engine and produce more power/torque. Not an easy to achieve task. Very happy with the results so far.

Figures today in 24 degrees C ambient air temperature were 457 BHP @ 6500rpm, 465 LbFt @ 3750rpm on V-Power + 20% meth

2.125cc MY05 JDM STi, stock heads, stock exhaust headers, Milltek decat 3" system, 9.1:1 Compression, Mahle 2618 Pistons, Manley rods, Cosworth head gaskets, RCMS 12/14mm GroupA head studs, Engine build at Chevron Motorsport Stafford. Chevron TMIC, EcuTek 800cc injectors, Owen Developments Twin Scroll Turbo, BRD large MAF housing, Mapped by Bob Rawle using EcuTek on stock ECU. Work in progress with more to come.
