That programme does really make me cringe, compulsive viewing but most of them are complete self serving, ego driven, desperate, wannabe, backstabbing, unpleasant, needy ***** of the highest order, that Paloma woman just disgusts me, utter **** of a woman, most of them dont really seem all that talented given the nature of the show I would have thought it would get the cream of the crop but I suppose all the cream is already employed whereas this lot always seem like more more ambitious than average mobile phone shop managers with more front than brains that are prepared to do absolutely anything to be successful, it all seems quite Faustian to me.
I'll go along with that, saves me writing out something similar. TV which appeals to the lowest common denominator and I find it hard to watch. Can you imagine this being on the BBC even 10 years ago? It would have been more of a Channel 4 or 5 type of show.
Liz is, imho the most pleasing to the eye, and as it goes, to the ear to.
If Sandeesh is unlucky enough to be on the loosing team again next week, and the project manager employs a little 'tactical selection', I feel pretty sure she will be going home.
On the subject of 'quality' of the contestants. The average age is around 28, the youngest being only 21, hardly at their prime yet are they. Very mouldable though, perhaps that what the cockney sparra is after. The Mrs was saying, she read somewhere that Sugar asked for a more varied selection/cross section for this series. Hence the 'unemployed' Head of Communications and the Surgeon i suppose.

That would be Paloma I think. Would like to have seen that! Liz just a bit too much on the thin side, so physically it would have to be Paloma for me. Not bad when she isn't trying to sell her gran to get ahead either. Had quite a nice smile and looked more relaxed on 'you're fired' the other night.
fair comment - and if I had to I would too, but she would have to be slightly sedated, otherwise she would be just too annoying.
Did you see her on 'you're fired' though? Totally different and definitely more relaxed, and I can imagine in private she would be even more 'normal'. It was probs just a front she puts on for work and for the Apprentice that made her seem annoying like that.

to be fair Glesga i didn't, i'm sure like the rest it's 90% front for the TV audience
she does look quite striking if a little masculine (if you know what I mean)
