I have seen him answer this before but can't remember the sequence myself.

That will be my post you read - looks like we've both got the genuine article!

A good while before I fitted my PPP I had a boost spike followed by 6psi boost (i.e. it went v quick for 2 seconds, then rather slow for the rest of the acceleration - this was caused by a 1cm split in one of the black 4mm (ish?) pipes near the wastegate and the T section - It was on the shortest section I think it was section with the pill in it - I replaced with some 4mm ID hose from ebay and has been perfect ever since - might be worth a closer look before you irreversibly alter you current pill!

What ECU did you have originally? mine was an AE800 (my99) so I never bothered pluggin that into ECUexplorer - maybe get round to it one day!

today i read the std AE800 in my MY99
B6 B6 B6 B6 B6 B6 B6 B6* B0 B0 B0 B0 B0 B0 B0 B0

AND MY PRODRIVE UNIT*
BA BA BA BA BA BA BA BA* B3 B3 B3 B3 B3 B3 B3 B3
