If you send me the joiner you will already have plus the IAT sensor I can sort that out.
Also consider sending the hard pipe to the T.B. and the IATsensor can be located in that. Whichever you prefer.

Posted 1st class recorded yesterday as I said I would do and advised you after posting. If you do not have it tomorrow I suggest you get in touch but let me know one way or the other that it has arrived.
I understand yesterday was the busiest posting day of the year and I have no control over Royal Mail who are generally very good.
I only have flange adaptors for Hybrid FMICs and there are several options.

Thanks Tim. I think the Royal Mail is a little overloaded but they are doing their best. I am still waiting for two water bottles, bought from two suppliers last weekend and not here yet. Not Royal Mail so goodness knows when they will arrive.

Mike : You want a flange adaptor to fit the GT2 FMIC with a Cassic BOV OK?
Do you have the silicon joiner which is about 80mm long and 36 diameter or do you need that too.???
All in stock.

Il be fitting a fmic soon, is it just one part required to allow use of the standard Bov? The car had a blitz one at the mo, but it's driving me mad, and the standard part is sat in the garage to go back on

Mike: I think you are referring to the hard aluminium pipe that runs from the throttle body, past the screenwash bottle and battery and then turns vertically down between the timing cover and radiator. Is that the pipe?
If you want one of these drop me an email harveysmith1@btopenworld.com

The flange adaptor to take the OE dump valve is £26.50 but you will need the pipe which would have been black rubber that goes from the DV back to the inlet tract.
Let me know if you need more help.
An easy solution would be to fit a Forge VTA for which my price is £108 but you can probably get it cheaper elsewhere. You would NOT need the flange adaptor if you got the right DV. (Right ones kept in stock)

We are doing that all the time when we are fitting front mounts. We utilise the existing hard pipe.
Are you fitting a Simtek? From memory it is a 10 mm tap with an 8.5mm hole. We don't need a boss but tell me more.

Denmark: Sending PM later today.
WRX9181: Will look out photographs or take new photographs later today.
sandyRS16i: I always keep spare pipes for anyone that has bought an intercooler and damages a pipe but buying the pipes individually works out expensive (just as it does for a core on its own).
What would make sense is for you and Denmark to buy the kit between you and divide it up.
Let me know what pipes you actually need. Do you also need joiners, clamps etc.

Still need to get ACT guage photos. Not forgotten. Snowed under.
No black cores.
Black absorbs heat, not what you want with an intercooler. Silver reflects.
If you paint it black yourself, the aluminium will need an etch primer so it will have at least two coats of paint which will help to insulate it which will reduce performance.
Having painted a core black previously it becomes unsightly in time and after 6 months you will be touching it up again, adding to the insulating pipe layer.
