RIP Tam .... the older I get the more I find there isn't that many things that upset me any more, you almost become desensitised to the world, this news however has.
Grant didn't care about being popular, he was happy to stand by his friends no matter how unpopular they were.... Grant aka Tam the bam "Legend" and this place seems a little less fun knowing he'll not be posting here again.

I am not quite sure if it is my place to to inform everyone but it seems Grant suffered a brain aneurism and passed away in hospital. It was of course very sudden and this makes his passing even the more tragic as he leaves a loving wife and young family behind.
The news still has not sunk it yet.

His little forum is fantastic and will not be the same without him

oh dear - very sad
a very good friend collapsed but luckily survived (spent 4 months in hospital) several years ago with one - they strike without notice, out of the blue

Very Sad reading this.
Thoughts go out to the family and friends.
Never met the guy but enjoyed seeing his dry sense of humour and witty come backs.
God bless mate. RIP.

Terrible news. Like every other red blooded male I used to look forward to his Tuesday night thread. RIP fella, and my thoughts are with his family.
P.s If anyone fancies setting up a collection I would gratefully donate for the money to be spent as his family sees fit.
