England U21 player and regarded as a huge talent, so much so that Liverpool and Spurs wanted him and Arsenal talked to him yesterday but he chose United.

For most of the season it was rumored he was going to be snapped up by one of the big teams.

 

Seems like a good signing. Lets hope he develops well.

 

Good player but paying way over the odds as he's English.

I see him and smalling/Evans being a great partnership in 3 years

Gutted Arsenal missed out but lets be honest, if you want to learn your trade as a good defender, Arsenal isnt the place to go anymore. You only have to look at smalling and evans to realise he's done the right thing.

Its stupid how overpriced English players are.

 

I'm hoping they bring in the National rules for the premiership soon. The sooner we make the teams play British players the sooner the international sides will improve.

I can see SAF flogging Brown to Sunderland, if he'll go, doubt he will flog O'Shea and I think Gibson will probably go, just need to get rid of "Token"

 

I'm really likeing the prospect of Rafael and Fabio. They just need to stop flying in with challenges. Everyime it's a 50-50 ball I'm sure they'll win it but will they get sent off >.<

Im not going to go into my team on another thread but all i see is other teams acting and buying and ours watching hoping to grab a bargain. It makes me laugh that every target we have been linked with, another 2-3 top teams are linked straight away. Alvarez, Gervinho, Hazzard(ok the bloke is class and wanted already) and Lukaku. Not to mention Cahill and Jones. Even the brummys Dann is being linked elsewhere
