If I did get a newage TMIC that would be fitted by someone else!!
So, just so I can see, I would need:
Newage TMIC
Newage undertray
Newage sccop for classic's
Newage re-circ valve or Dv?

only the 1st 3,you can retain your exisiting d/v or re-circ setup
blanking plate for the TMIC d/v hole or have it welded up and the brackets that are on the car already for the originl TMIC can be kept (some spacers/bracket can be used to connect to) but i used the brackets from the 2003 setup
If you are paying someone to do it,i`d go the FMIC route as fitting the TMIC requires some modding and they may not be happy to do so,but then you need to find an induction kit/mappable ECU etc etc so both ways have there up n down points

FTR, the DR Motorsport's, ahem, "STi 7" replica scoop looks awesome on the Classic's ph.1.5/2 facelift bonnet, as it's in the same style as the OEM one, just slightly higher. It has the inherent OEM 'curvacious' look to it - looks 'factory' :-
LINK... Bugeye STi replica bonnet scoop
Who remembers seeing it on AF's Type R STi Version V V-Limited in TOTB III?

I don't know if you reply to pm's but I'm going to send you one, thanks for clearing things up, will look at a newage top mount
However, at this point in time, I would raise the question of whether you even need to change the intercooler at all. If Simon has mapped it, as it is, then there would be a big argument in favour of leaving it as it is until/unless you are ready for a major power upgrade.
As it's already running an aftermarket ECU, on the one hand, it'll be easy to make whatever recalibrations may be necessary to accommodate a different intercooler.
However, when I suggested earlier that you may be able to fit a new age IC without needing a remap, I said that on the assumption that you were running a standard UK ECU - complete with normal amounts of safety margin. If you want to change the IC on a car that is already running a custom setup, your best and first option would be to speak with the guy who mapped it and see what, if anything, he recommends. He knows more about your car than any of us, and will know what the possible knock-on effects of the changes you propose are likely to be.
Have a word with Simon. If he thinks a more efficient intercooler would help you out, go with his advice and recommendation. If he suggests leaving alone, I'd go with that too.

Okay, I need it mapped as I'm going from induction kit back to air box, so was thinking about the what could be changed at the same time, if it would help the car , not so sure now, thanks for all the replies

If going back to the airbox, then your headline remapped figure will be limited to around 350bhp, so, if you so wish, choose suitable mods to achieve said figure, e.g. New Age TM; 440cc+FPR (or 550cc); TD05 16g or VF35 or VF34, etc, etc...
