I like it mate

Cage would look cool but not sure how safe cages are without harnesses and helmets.

Not keen on the one fog light and no grille. I do like the JDM oil cooler hanging out front look - I think its cool

Blue RA seats I'd keep too - awesome seat and very rare (had them in my WRC RA and UK tubby)

Done a little bit more done on the bumper today, not a great deal as i couldnt be bothered, and only had an hour after uni before i had to go to work.
Also picked up a free bumper from the bodyshop, said i could have it so i can drive around whilst mine is being sprayed! So called into halfrauds, £7 can of matt black and heres the result!

Going to my Renault Meganne splitter onto the bottom so ill still be scraping though
And heres where smoothing has got too so far:

Still looks a right mess, but will be finished and sprayed for next wednesday
Also started painting STI brake calipers, think you can see them in one of those pics somewhere

How have you fitted the cage? Welds? Bolts?

Lose the stickers and that gear stick on the inside and it would look a lot better IMO

Been working on this bloody bumper almost non stop over last 3 days! In between working weekends aswell! Should have been dropped off at paint shop this morning but still not ready for paint.....got 3 days untill photoshoot so going to be finishing it off tonight hopefullly and then spray it tommorow evening and wednesday ready for thursday. As long as we can get a good colour match with the paint it will turn out perfect

Anyone recomend a good paint supplier??

I've always found Lechler paint to be good quality.

Not keen on the bumper, sorry.

Updates, bumper is now ready for paint, so going to make a start on that tonight as long as the rain holds off!

Pics from over the weekend

Splitter is fairly battered after about a month on the car lol

Multi story car park actually flat spotted it lol!

Brakes will make a huge difference, not only in stopping power but in looks too

I'll reserve full judgement on the bumper until its painted

Yeah cant wait to get the brakes on, getting them fitted tommorow so cant afford any **** ups lol. Get the car back about 3-4 then spend rest of the evening spraying the bumper untill it gets too dark lol.

Sold both the BRIDE's now aswell, but got my eye on a pair of red BRIDE low max's cheaper than what i sold the black ones for, and they're red, and they will be more comfy lol
