It is a cracking road with very little traffic and just a few errant sheep to worry about or even stop and pleasure , the road to St Davids is always full of tourists / sunday drivers / motorhomes and my personal hate caravanners. I haven't tried it early morning perhaps that might just be worth a drive then.

I know I should have taken more, I discarded a load of them as the mist was so bad.

I am only going to 'tweak' the performance a tad nothing OTT.

The previous owner had an STi bumper, lower spoiler and winglets fitted as I believe as standard the Spec C's come with a WRX bumper but I could be wrong about the WRX bumper...

The first UK owner must have fitted the electric windows and air conditioning then when he got it then, it certainly has them now.

I know when I got down by Haverfordwest the weather suddenly seemed to change, going up to the top of the hill where I took the pics I felt gutted as I hoped that the mist would have cleared at the top of the hill.

I think I'll go over the Gower early tomorrow morning and take some shots on top of a rather nice hill I know, should be a good backdrop with views over to Worm's Head and all the Gower.

What do you think of the RA-R spoiler Tony? I only recently threw away a Hawkeye WRX spoiler as well.

The RA-R spoiler looks great in my opinion. Especially in matt black. I much prefer it to the ironing board i have back there now on my hawkeye Spec C. Although the ironing board together with the roof vane spoiler may give better aerodynamic benefits. I don't know.

I would get it if i didn't have the roof vane spoiler. I wonder if the RA-R spoiler works as well as the ironing board with the roof vane spoiler.

Tyron, I have my old WRX 'ironing board' spoiler from my previous car which I obviously don't need anymore. You can have it if you like, just in case you want one in future, it's the same blue so won't need a respray or anything.

Let me know and I'll bring it along, perhaps to the next meet

I know Ozz, it was one of the other choices as there are some cracking views from the Horseshoe bend (where the bikers all park up), I was gutted when I saw all the mist.

The suspension is unforgving as it is, although it handles like it is on rails and is setup brilliantly but I think dropping it is a no no.

I came very close to buying this when the first owner, Rich, was selling it, but Trap2 beat me to it!!!
To be honest it wouldn’t have worked out anyway as we were trying to sort a part ex deal as Rich was looking to buy my Type R at the time, but after driving the Type R, it was just too extreme for him anyway!!!

This Spec C looked amazing though and Rich had done some nice things like putting on the Ap’s, PFF7’s, Defi’s, coilovers, Perrin stuff, etc.

Funnily enough I see you are considering a S204 wing, which should the sale of happened, is exactly what I would have chosen for it – if I could have found one!
Good luck with the Spec C – really nice car.

I really do not have a personal preference as regards bug/blobeye shapes, I only changed to have a twin scroll car.

Just remember that even a supermodel has to have flaws airbrushed out of photographs.

Funnily enough I too was going to fit an S204 spoiler to it, if I'd decided to fit a spoiler (I like the spoiler-less look, a bit more understated). Must be fate for that car

Jarvis did the front-left headlight, it's a UK part so needed to be de-tango'd. The front-right is obviously the original Jap part which is already de-tango'd.

Don't think the Jap cars need to be de-tango'd that's how they come! Rear cluster should light up the round lights & brake with the square/rectangle ones too. Looks

Thanks, if that road was a little more local to me I would be on it far more often.

You need another bootlid to really Ty, you should be able to pick one up in the same colour with the spolier holes already drilled OEM that is by far the best way to do it.

Seibon do a carbon fiber version which looks a lot bigger than the original equipment S204 one, but that kakumei one looks just right in its proportions, so would get my vote.
