I am trying without luck to try and find either an S204 or RA-R spoiler or failing that a replica version, Seibon Carbon Fibre do a similar spoiler but I don't know if it would suit.

Thinking about this one for the Classic

They are just off J11 of the M1, will you be doing a "collection" in that area soon

Glenn, I have found these on eBay - does anyone know what the quality is like from KAKUMEI? They look like good quality.

Failing that at the next meet Glenn give me your car keys and leave me alone for around 20 mins and when you come back you will be sporting a spoilerless look.

I really haven't made my mind up yet, would prefer a genuine S204 spoiler but they are around £1500.

Well that is a suprise as it is cheaper than I had thought - it is £774 plus £114 for carriage, not £1500 I had thought but by the time I have to pay the extorniate customs clearing charges and VAT then it will certainly be about £1070.

As much as I would love a genuine STi spoiler I think I will be going down the replica route.

Thanks for looking that up.

, good quality genuine spoilers are getting really expensive with the Pound being so weak against the Yen.
I ordered some replacement S202 wing stickers from japanparts.com a couple of months ago, they were £26 each inc shipping - I know that prices are high in Japan but by the time you take into account the poor exchange rate the prices are ridiculous.

What I might do is see if I can get hold of the Subaru part number and speak to Keith Price Subaru as I was there speaking to their parts supervisor and he was telling me that a JDM STi Blobeye front bumper is cheaper than the UK equivalent by quite an amount. They take a little longer to arrive but they are around £80 cheaper.

, I think the S204 is subtle and would suit the car.
I do like your spoiler but its the S204 spoiler (or replica of) for me.

Right then decided on the S204 spoiler but do I order the fibre glass or the carbon fibre version?
Carbon Fibre Version

My reasoning for the carbon fibre version is that the wheels will be doing a darker colour shortly so the CF spoiler would look good plus I am looking at getting the mirrors and a few other bits carbon fibre wrapped as well.

hmm until i read the whole post , i would have gone with the fibre glass one painted the same colour .
but thats more or less what we talked about with the other one so maybe it will look ok .
on its own TY in CF it looks like an after thought
