Picked Up The Spec C Tonight
I picked up the Spec C tonight and I am over the moon with the car , it accelerates like rocket and handles like it is on rails.
I would just like to thank Richard for selling it to me and for having such a fantastic car.
I even stopped in on another member on the way home and took him out for a quick demonstration of the acceleration and handling.
Also thanks to Dylan for coming to view the car with me on Sunday.

Hope the car search is successful, I had my A3 TDi Quattro tweaked to around 170 bhp / 310 lbs ft torque and it used to give quite a few hot hatches a real fright when an oil burner overtook them. You can still have fun in a tweaked diesel.
Thanks.

It would have been nice to have kept the S202 but until I win the lottery and then I'll finally have a 22B.
I'll give it a clean on Saturday and post some pics up, I wonder how far a fly expands when hit by a car at 'motorway speeds' or perhaps a little higher.

Ok Ok, I'll do some arty photos at the weekend - I am either thinking Brecon Beacons, Gower or the Preseli Mountains.

I'll let you all in on a secret - the wheels will be changing colour just not sure yet - black, anthractite or gun metal grey. What ever matches the brake dust closely enough...

He recommends a RCM twin scroll exhaust system with the RCM induction kit I already have, he said that the VF36 is a titanium turbo and spools quicker than the VF37 or 42, the VF42 can make more power but there is very little point in changing the VF36. (plus of course a remap)
Thanks Simon, I am pleased as punch with the car.
