Guy's,
To hand out the tickets to the local guy's, can I suggest we meet Thursday night for an hour just to hand out the tickets and then I'll goto the Swansea meet on Sunday to dish out the rest for the west wales lot.
Another option is to do this on the morning at Magor services but everyone would have to be there to recieve them.
I could suggest a 7.15 meet at Magor with a 7.45 departure so that we have plenty of time to setup the area before the 9am start of the event.
What you think ?
