I personally dont mind non scoob's being on the stand, but I would say park the guys towards the outer edge of the stand area to leave the scoobs to the center focus.

Yeah, chuck them on the outside, keep all the scoobs together.

Guy's, I'll be starting to take payments from tomorrow morning.
Also just to note, if you are bringing children with you that are under 16, can you let me know how many will be attending please as I'll need to get there tickets at the same time I arrange the stand with everything else.
Also for those who want track action, I'll need to know how many sessions you would like to go on plus your preffered time as I need to purchase these at the same time as above though Rallyday can't guarantee your request.
Again any questions, please ask.
Closing time for payments will be 8am monday morning as I need to pay Rallyday organisers early Monday morning.
When sending payments via paypal, could you make sure it comes through as a Personal gift otherwise Paypal will take there cut ( Robbing B***ards ) and leaving you short to purchase tickets.
I'll send you all a PM with my paypal address shortly.

payment sent matt for 3 tickets with stand pass, will be taking my 4 yr old boy aswell,
so will be four of us in total,

Guys with regards to the child tickets, they dont have to pay but they do still require a ticket.
i missed this minor bit on the booking form.

Matt i had a thought rather than have a "show and shine" comp why not have a
"best car of the show" and all members have a slip given to them with there tickets and each member gets to vote there fav subaru on our stand (not allowed to vote for you own though lol ) and after lunch the one with the most votes wins a prize,
i recon this is the fairest way to judge it and everyones happy theres no fixing
